Hi, I’m Oliver Hill, founder and lead coach at Hill Coaching Company. My approach focuses on transformative change; creating happier, healthier, and more successful clients. I offer ongoing coaching with regular communication, monthly accountability and strategy sessions, and two-hour breakthrough intensives for critical pain points that need to be resolved.

Who I Work With
My clients have usually built something impressive. A career, a business, an industry reputation. From the outside, it all looks exactly as it should. And yet.
Some are disengaging at work without fully understanding why. Some are micromanaging, over functioning, or quietly burning out. Some have built a life that looks good but feels awful, and they’re in full self-sabotage mode. Then there are the brilliant founders mid-build - talented, driven, but waking up to the realisation that talent and ambition alone won't get them where they actually want to go.
Sometimes the work extends beyond one person entirely. I also work with teams, businesses, and leadership groups who need honest eyes and a steady hand. A team that's lost its cohesion, a culture that isn't delivering, or a critical moment that needs clear, outside perspective and guidance.
My clients are based across the UK, Europe, and the United States. Some conversations happen on Zoom or Teams. Others take place over a round of golf, at a kitchen table, or in a boardroom.
