What to Expect

Everything starts with an informal chat to see if we’re a fit. I want to understand where you are, where you want to be, and what's getting in the way. You'll get a clear sense of how I work too and whether that feels right for you. There's no pressure and no commitment at that stage.

From there, what the coaching work looks like is different for everyone. Some people need to think differently. Some need accountability. Some need to be resolutely challenged. Most need all three at some point.

What you can always expect from me:

  • Honesty, even when it's uncomfortable

  • Complete discretion: what we discuss stays between us, NDAs are fine

  • A consistent focus on what's right for you

  • Clear steps forward

  • Regular sessions that suit your diary availability

How We Work

I believe in coaching that's built around an active and engaged conversation: structured, purposeful, and honest. There's no assessment to pass, no right answers to give, and nothing you need to prepare before we speak at the first session. Whether it's in-person or online, all you need to do is show up.

Everything we do next is built around you. Your goals, your challenges, your version of success. I'll ask questions most people won't ask you, and I'll listen in a way most people won't either. That's where the work begins. And one final thing; from here on in we’re in this together; I am firmly on your side.

How to Begin

Getting started is straightforward. A short message telling me a little about where you’re at currently and what you want to get from coaching is enough. No formal process, no lengthy intake form, no commitment required.
